TruVantage Holdings, LLC (The Exodus Method) sends two kinds of text messages. Transactional messages cover appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, and program access and account updates. Marketing messages cover new educational programs, workshops, free educational resources, and special offers.
Visitors choose transactional messages, marketing messages, or both, using two separate optional checkboxes on the contact form. Neither checkbox is pre-checked or required to submit the form. Marketing messages are sent only to people who checked the marketing consent box.
